Eden Terrace Self Storage of Rock Hill is a family owned and operated facility in Rock Hill, SC featuring climate controlled storage units. We’re near Patriots Crossing, Riverwalk, Mallard Pointe, and the BMX Supercross Track. Winthrop University is just a 3 mile drive away as well. - Head northeast on S. Oakland Ave.
- Turn left onto Southern St. (beside The Roasting Company).
- Turn right onto Piano Pl.
- Turn right onto Dave Lyle Blvd.
- Take the exit and turn left onto US-21 N/S Anderson Rd. toward Fort Mill.
- Turn right onto Eden Terrace.
- Eden Terrace Self Storage will be on the left.
From Winthrop University:
- Head East on Eden Terrace for 2.6 miles
- Cross Anderson Road / Bus 21
- Eden Terrace Self Self Storage will be 1/8 of a mile your left
From Riverwalk Trafiic Circle:
- Head south on Dunkins Ferry Road towards Celriver Road
- Cross Celriver Road onto Eden Terrace
- Eden Terrace Self Storage will be 1 mile ahead on the right
From Celanese Road and Mt. Gallant Intersection:
- Head South on Mt. Gallant towards Cherry Road
- Cross Cherry Road and turn Left on Eden Terrace

It is a very clean storage building and I felt like my articles will be safe there the manager and family very friendly but make sure use the storage because they do not give refunds I even if you never use it.
